CYA SUMMER
After taking a bit of a break from blogging this summer I'm back and ready for A/W, my absolute favourite seasons when it comes to putting outfits together. Today was probably one of the final days of wearing bare legs and a cute dress as the weather has definitely changed to FREEZING in Glasgow. This dress is from Miss Selfridge (linked above) and can be styled up for an occasion or dressed down for a more casual look..can't go wrong with a LBD!
Over accessorising is my favourite thing to do when wearing an all black outfit and my newest addition to the accessory fam is my Gucci marmont belt which has been on my wish list for nearly a year now and I have never been able to hunt it down in my size....finally gotcha! I doubt I'll be taking this off anytime soon it looks so good with everything and takes a plain outfit to the next level.
Another accessory trend I have been loving recently is the "Baker Boy" hat... although I wasn't sure about this at first my mind was changed after seeing so many stylish outfits being topped off with one of these little hats during PFW this year so I decided I had to get one! After trying on a few and feeling like a little boy I found this one and loved it as it's dressed up with gold hardware and looks much more girly than an average plain one!
These new Zara boots which are also a new purchase will definitely be a staple in my A/W wardrobe this year..they are a thick knit sock material and are the first pair I have found that don't fall down when I walk which is a bonus. I love the thin high heel and pointed toe..perfect for nights out!
