It is absolutely freezing here in Scotland right now and it has been non-stop rain which has interfered with me being able take my blog shoots...but finally just in time for the weekend the rain stopped! How to stay chic in freezing Winter conditions? Fur!!!

Wether you prefer faux fur like me or real fur, it all looks amazing during the cold winter months. This long green fur waistcoat from Topshop is really getting me in the mood for Christmas! I'm not one for colour as I usually stick to black, white, grey, nude and occasionally burgundy. But recently I have been seeing this gorgeous green colour and I really love it. This coat is a great statement but also very sleek which is the perfect winter piece. I also love green leather jackets right now..I might need to invest!

Underneath my long waistcoat I stayed cosy with a classic black polo neck from Primark and leather biker trousers from Zara- I wanted to keep my layers simple to keep focus on my new fave coat! 

Keep your thin aviator frames for Summer ladies..its all about black thick frames for Winter..wether its cat eye, round or square..keep them thick and chunky to create the perfect winter chic look- I'm wearing my favourite classic Céline pair and my favourite belt bag which you have all seen a thousand times before!  On my feet I'm wearing my black pointed booties with silver stud details from Office..you will all be seeing these a lot during Winter..I just love them. For jewellery I kept it simple with silver rings from Pandora and H&M and kept it fresh with a long nude manicure.
