NEW YEAR, NEW PIECES
Happy New Year everyone!
I cant believe how quick 2016 has passed! I have had the best year and experiences with friends and family and gone on so many fun adventures! My blog has also brought me amazing opportunities and it shows that hard work really does pay off.. Becoming a Boux Avenue ambassador and one of the faces continuously representing Maniere De Voir on their social media platforms has really been two of the biggest and best things to happen to my blog since starting out 2 and a half years ago and I can't wait to see where 2017 takes me. Thank-you so much to whoever takes the time to read my blog posts and hopefully I have much more exciting things to share in 2017..
After the crazy festive period, I finally had time to shoot some pictures in my new pieces that I got over Christmas. For months I have been searching for the perfect coat/jacket with a luxurious looking fur trim and just couldn't narrow it down to one. I had been searching all over and had my heart set on a Canada Goose parka...Until I saw this one. I really do love Canada Goose jackets but the only thing that puts me off is that so many people have them and they also have quite a sporty feel to them which is not really me.
When I saw this Woolrich coat I just had to have it, it was everything I was looking for! I decided on navy as I alllllways wear black and thought I would break it up a little! This coat is perfect for those freezing days you just don't know what to wear..It completes any basic outfit and I will be pulling it out winter after winter.
New shoes alert.. I've never been one for designer trainers, but I decided to treat myself after seeing a few of my style icons such as Kourtney Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Milena Les Secret and lots more sporting these cute Gucci trainers..These trainers come in so many different designs; swarovski crystal lips, embellished pineapples, embroidered flowers and many more. I decided to go for the love heart design as they weren't just as detailed as the other pairs and would go with most things in my wardrobe. I can't wait to style them in summer with cute dresses and denim shorts!
I finished this look off with my cute little backpack and my favourite black basics which are great and comfortable under a big coat! Shiny leggings are super comfy but also look a bit more stylish than your average black leggings.
